Steak Doneness Chart:  How Do You Want Your Steak?

Rare:  red, cool center

Medium Rare:  red, warm center

Medium:  pink, hot center

Medium Well:  slightly pink, hot center

Well Done:  no pink, hot center

We cannot guarantee medium & well-done steaks
